Basketball
Basketball at DCD is for 6-8 grade students. The tryouts for boys season begins about the middle of November and runs through the middle of January. Our girl's season starts in the middle of January and runs through the middle of March. We are very fortunate to have 2 seasoned coaches who work with both teams. They love seeing students grow in the classroom as well as on the court, gaining new skills, and learning to work as a team.
Students are not cut from teams. Whether it's the first time you've dribbled a ball, or you have been playing for years, there is a place for you here as a Tiger Basketball Player.
