Deep Creek Damascus Families,

It is with sincere enthusiasm that I introduce myself as the new principal of Deep Creek Damascus School. With over two decades of experience as an educator and leader in Oregon schools, most recently serving at East Gresham Elementary, I bring a strong belief in the power of relationships, high expectations, and shared leadership to create thriving school communities. My professional journey has focused on enhancing student learning, building strong instructional teams, and cultivating inclusive school cultures where every child is recognized, supported, and inspired to reach their full potential.

As we begin this new chapter together, I look forward to collaborating with students, families, and staff to build upon the strengths of this vibrant K-8 school. Together, we will set clear goals, celebrate our successes, and ensure that every student grows academically and socially in a safe, engaging, and supportive environment.
